I Need a Kick Start
Ok, so I've officially slacked off. Only at the blogging though, I'm in full force in other departments. We are madly planning the Wedding. I finally booked the DJ tonight after meaning to do for nearly a month now. I think I got the last one in town. Oh well it's done. I helped Marsha work on some invitations last night. Tonight she is in Yorkton visiting a friend. We've booked our Honeymoon though. Should be a good trip.
I've been busy working (that's right I am working) on a full Wall cabinet closet organizer and am in the finishing stages. Two more coats of finish and my head will then explode. I'm doing the complete thing in the Basement. Thank goodness it's got a good cross breeze when I open the window and door. I do wear a mask so I'm breathing fine. It's coming together nicely and hope to have it installed by the end of the week. I'll need help so I might be doing it Sat. With dad's help to move it in. I'll post some pictures when it's all in.
I'm really enjoying the cabinetmaking. I'd like to do it full time. This means bigger production. I'm going to be moving everything back to my parent's garage. Easier to work out of without having to haul 4 X 8 sheet goods down stairs and a 90 degree turn at the bottom. I've been low balling my rates though. There's things you forget about like truck costs, power, tools, etc. So I'll have to raise my rates. I was really cheap I guess.
Marsha is working like a there is no tomorrow. She's a Machine. This will offset some of the cost of the Honeymoon and take care of us during the month of July. Specially since she makes the big dough.
Well this was a good start after such a long gap. Hope brought everyone up to speed.
