We are Home
We are back from our holiday on the West coast. We were in Victoria for New Years. Spent it with friends of Marsha's John and Sarah (of course they are hers I don't know anybody out there) and played some Poker with another couple friend of theirs. Marsha seemed to claim she'd never played poker but seemed to clean house. Basically took all my chips and after borrowing another four stacks she seems to had taken those as well. We stayed at her sister's place while there for a few days. We the proceeded to Edmonton, different route home, as Marsha hadn't met my brother and my dad's side of the family yet so we thought it would be a good time. We made it home safely the 4th.
I would like to give a shout out to all the people that housed me over the Christmas season. First of all a big thank you to Marsha's parents. Thank you for the great hospitality and the lovely meals. I've been having sugar cravings after each meal since. Next to Ladonna, soon to be sis, for her use of her house as we traveled through Victoria. To Marsha's aunt Lorene who let us stay the night in Vancouver after a long drive as Al and Leah had a new addition and a house full of guests all ready. To my aunt Kim for the place to stop through in Edmonton. Again thank you ALL.
BACK TO REALITY
I'm kinda back to work on renos. Our kitchen is now nearing completion, well the cabinets at least. It's been a long journey but we're getting there. The cabinets should be done tomorrow and then I'll finish the floor and paint and then we'll reassemble the room. It's gonna look good.
The cabinet maker is hanging up his hammer in Moose Jaw. He's been giving some hints along the way and he's going to set me up with some projects he has left to do. I would like to get into some cabinet making. He says there is a market for countertops. That would be cool plus easily done. We'll see in time but I have to get that kitchen back together. Pictures will be up when it's all done.

BJ (Braden Jago) get it, BJ HAHA!! Like you have never heard that before! Anyway, where was this going? Good work on the kitchen. If you need a pat on the back, come to Foam Lake and I'll be the guy to help give you that pat!
